Working alongside her father, a general contractor, she gained invaluable hands-on experience, from swinging a hammer to liaising with county offices and assisting homeowners with design decisions. This background not only honed her technical skills but also instilled in her a deep understanding of the complexities of the industry.
In addition to her work in construction, Tara's diverse experience in customer service, including running her own business as an independent sales representative, further shaped her professional ethos. Through these roles, she cultivated principles of loyalty, honesty, and integrity, values she holds dear and applies to every aspect of her life and work.
